Bio
Bring The Beat Mack is a DJ and producer from East London with drum & bass in his bones.
He got hooked in the early 90s on rave tapes from DJ Rap, Sasha and Andy Weatherall, then found his way into DiY and Smokescreen parties in the Midlands, London techno squat raves and everything that followed.
He has released on Jungle Cakes, Propa Talent and Original Key Records, including a remix hand-picked for release by DJ Rap, founded the Upgraded label, and built a long-running relationship with WheelUp Sound System. He also ran Sounds Good Festival for ten years.
Drum & bass and jungle are home, but a set is just as likely to take in garage, breaks, house and bassline.
In 2025 he played a three-hour set at Glastonbury's West Holts Meeting Place Bar.
